The Report

Rockburn Home Inspection uses a paper based reporting system called HomeReport™. This system features section by section details on the existing system components, as well as the condition of each component. The urgency of the repair for each deficiency will be reported so that the client will understand the importance of the replacement or repair for budgeting. All findings and opinions are based on the condition of the component on the day of the inspection, so referring back to the report on a regular basis will keep you up to date.

HomeReport™ contains descriptions of each of the home's systems and how they would typically function. Along with these descriptions are explanations of possible failures and typical results if items are not corrected in a reasonable amount of time.

HomeReport™ also includes sections on budgeting, a life expectancy guideline for each component and a filing system so organizing the files for your new home will start off right.
